Li Zhu Garden’s signature Hakka glutinous rice balls consist of five colors: red, green, yellow, black and white.
These colored rice balls are handmade of natural ingredients, which are carrot, spinach, pumpkin, black sesame
seed and rice respectively without adding any artificial flavors. They can be used as toppings to stir-fry with
shredded mushrooms and pork. After thoroughly stir-frying, seasoned broth can be added to enhance the flavor.
